At Baanu Gowns, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Please review our size chart carefully before ordering. If needed, we can provide a measurement guide-contact us for assistance.

Handmade Craftsmanship

Each gown is uniquely crafted, so slight variations in stitching, lace patterns, beadwork, and color may occur. While we aim to match the original design, exact replicas are not guaranteed. However, we ensure high-quality craftsmanship.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase via email (baanugowns@outlook.com)
  • A 20% cancellation fee applies to refunds.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of receiving the item for a different product or store credit.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
    A new lead time may apply.
  • Customers must cover return shipping costs and provide a tracking number within 24 hours of exchange approval.
  • Items must be returned in original condition.

  • Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will proceed with the exchange.

Final Sale: Sale, discounted, and custom-made gowns cannot be exchanged or refunded.
