We offer shipping through Royal Mail, Hermes, and Parcel Force. While most orders are processed quickly, please allow up to 5 working days before dispatch, even for services listed as 2-3 day delivery. Tracking is available upon request.

Customs & Import Taxes

Depending on your country's regulations, you may be required to pay import duties

and taxes. These charges are determined by customs officials, and we cannot predict the exact amount. Baanu Gowns is not responsible for customs fees, delays, unclaimed parcels, or incorrect shipping information.

If you refuse to pay import fees and the parcel is returned, no refund will be issued.
